Help for Universities; workflow management and control

Workflow management and Control for Universities becomes daunting and seemingly out of control with rising volumes. Here is help.

How do we increase the efficiency while increasing accuracy?

It's a common thought that efficiency and accuracy are inversely proportional to each other. In my experience, with a little change in outlook and processes within the team, I have seen increased accuracy with increase in efficiency. The answer here lies in psychology and how the brain functions. If the brain is asked to work faster, it not only churns transactions faster, the quality of those transactions increases as nerve connections are strengthened all around the universe of those transactions.

The key is to let the brain take over as little processing as it can handle within the confines of muscular efficiency and external systems. Once the brain is trained to be faster than the computer or the machine or the external system for that particular task, it maps the synapses so the task becomes almost second nature, just slightly lower than, say, the act of breathing. At this time the entire rules around those transactions, no matter how many or complex they are, are coded in the nerve connections and are subconsciously recalled every time the transaction is attempted.

So with the first set of transactions set for as close to 100% efficiency and accuracy as humanly possible (not quite 100% as human distractions will ensure ego causes override of the central brain command consciously) it is time to move onto the next set of transactions. The key is for the manager to remember that the development of such transactions should culminate in a logical and natural progression to end at the highest level of complexity which the brain development of that particular team member allows. And bingo, you are preparing a team of highly efficient and accurate members who awe the client and the owners equally.
