A scholarship is like a grant given to student by government, universities or any other organizations to pursue their education. There are a limited number of awards which go to the applicant/s who most closely fulfill the assessment criteria
A bursary is an award generally given by the universities or education institutions to students who are meeting their entry requirement and ready to secure their place. It is usually granted by deduction of tuition fees. Bursaries are generally based on deadline and availability of seats.
